糖尿病视网膜病变患者红细胞膜ATPase活力及红细胞内离子水平临床研究

CLIMCAL STUDY ON ERYTHROCYTE MEMBRANE ATPase ACTIVITY AND INTRAERYTHROCYTIC CATION LEVELS IN DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

测定非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）视网膜病变（ＤＲ组）患者２０例红细胞膜ＡＴＰａｓｅ活力及红细胞内离子水平，并与无急慢性并发症的单纯性ＮＩＤＤＭ（ＤＭ组）患者和健康志愿者（Ｃ组）各２０例比较。结果ＤＲ组Ｎａ＋－Ｋ＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ和Ｃａ（２＋）－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活力明显低于正常Ｃ组，红细胞内Ｎａ＋和Ｃａ（２＋）明显高于正常Ｃ组，Ｍｇ（２＋）明显低于Ｃ组，Ｍｇ（２＋）－ＡＴＰａｓｅ及Ｋ＋与Ｃ组比较差别不显著。上述变化在ＤＭ组亦有表现，但在ＤＲ组更为明显，其中Ｍｇ（２＋）在ＤＲ组明显低于ＤＭ组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

he erythrocytic membrane ATPase activity and in traerythrocytic cation levels have beenmeasured in 20 noninsulin dependent dibetes mellitus ( NIDDM ) patients with retinopethy(DRgroup),20 NIDDM patients without retinopathy(DM group)and 20 normal subjects(C group)respectively, The activities of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca(2+)- ATPase were significantly lower in both DRand DM groupe than in C group. The levels of intraerythrocyte Sodium and calcium were significantlyhigher, and of magnisium was significantly lower in DR and DM groupe than in C group. The aboveobserved abnormalities especially decreased level of magnisium ,were more significant in DR groupthan in DM group。
