摘要
我们对２８例Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病患者的临床资料进行了总结分析，发现葡萄膜炎、复发性口腔溃疡、多形性皮肤病变和生殖器溃疡是常见的临床表现，发生率分别为１００％、９６．４３％、９６．４３％和５３．５７％，对这些病变的临床特点进行了讨论，指出葡萄膜炎有很高的致盲率。正确的诊断有赖于对限部病变和眼外病变的正确认识。
Clinical features and diagnosis of Behcet’s disease were
presented based on 28 Chinesepatients。It was found that uveitis,recurrent oral
aphthae,multiform skin lesions and genitalulcer occurred in 100%,96.43%, 96.43%and 53.
57%respectively of the patients. The uveitis with recurrent feature,frequently accompanied by
retinal vasculitis,was at great risk ofdeveloping blindness。 It was pointed that the knowledge
about the features of both ocular andextraocular manifestations was the key to making a correct
diagnosis.
