摘要
我们对患Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病的１８例男性患者和１０例女性患者的临床资料进行了分析，发现男性患者的葡萄膜炎复发频率高，易发生严重的视网膜血管炎，对治疗的反应及视力预后均较差。性别对Ｂｅｈｃｅｔ病的影响可能与性激素有关。
ighteen male patients and 10 female patients with Behcet’ s disease were
addressed tostudy the influences of sex factor on Behcet’s disease。 It was found that
recurrences of uveitiswere more frequent in male patients than in females,and that male
patients
were worse thanfemales in prognosis due to the high severity of retinal vasculitis and the low
sensitivity totreatment. It is pressumed that the sex hormone may,at least in part,contribute to
thediffrences between the male and female patients.
