On the Significance and Connotation of the Circular Flow Society

循环经济是解决经济系统与环境系统之间的矛盾、实现人与环境和谐发展的重要途径。循环型社会是循环经济思想的发展和深化。发展循环经济,离不开社会系统的支撑。构建循环型社会是循环经济真正实现的前提和保障。本文系统阐述了循环型社会的概念和内涵,并从理念、价值观、伦理、经济、技术等方面论述了循环型社会的特征以及与科学发展观的关系。

While dealing with the inharmony between economic system and environmental system, circular economy has been regarded as the essential access to the environmental-friendly development. Without the underpinning of the social system, the circular economy will never boom. As the literature has only given little attention to the issues, the author, elaborated on the definition and connotation of circular flow society, more important, deepen the thoughts by illuminating the characteristics of the circular flow society from the following aspects: value, ethic, economy, technique.
