Studies on the Co-evolution Mechanism between Urban Planning and Administrative Division in the Course of Urbanization——A Case of the Pearl River Delta

本文总结了1980年代以来珠江三角洲城市化特征及其问题,回顾和分析了珠江三角洲社会经济发展进程中城市规划与行政区划之间的耦合演进过程,并与区域经济发展阶段、城市化态势、产业空间相结合,提出了城市规划与行政区划的耦合机制。

This paper generalizes the features and problems of urbanization of Pearl River Delta in 1990s, and analyzes the co-evolution course between urban planning and administrative division since the opening-up and reform. Finally the co-evolution mechanism, connected with the regional economy development, urbanization, industrial space, is put forward.
