A型斜视伴上斜肌功能过强的治疗

Management of the A-pattern diviation with overactingsuperior oblique muscle.

上斜肌功能过强常合并Ａ型斜视。我们报告１０例，其中Ａ型外斜９例，Ａ型内斜１例。１０例（１４只眼）均行上斜肌断腱术合并水平及垂直斜视手术，术后第一眼位正位（≤１０￣△），Ａ型斜视矫正，上斜肌功能过强改善，无双眼视患者和异常视网膜对应者。上斜肌功能过强且≥２０￣△Ａ征患者，行上斜肌断腱术是安全有效的术式。

AbstractThe overacting superior oblique muscle is usually associated with A-pattern ocular deviation.10 such cases(14 eyes),9 exotropic and 1 esotropic,were per-formed superior oblique tenotomy with horizontal and vertical Corrective surgery;they all attained postoperative normal ocular alignment in the primary position.The A-pattern deviation was corrected and overaction of the superior oblique improved.The au-thors point out that in the absence of binocular vision and abnormal retinal correspondence,superior ob-Lique tenotomy is a safe and useful procedure for pa-tients with 20￣△ and over of A-pattern deviation.
