后房型人工晶体植入术412只眼报告

A report of 412 consecutive posterior chamberintraocular lens implantations

报道４１２只眼后房型人工晶体植入术，其中老年性白内障３３７只眼，膜样内障１６只眼，外伤性白内障２５只眼，先天性白内障１３只眼，并发性白内障１０只眼，无晶体眼１１只眼。术后随访４周以上者３６２只眼，最长时间１年中。术后视力在０．８以上含２５１只眼（６９．３％），０．５以上者３２８只眼（９０．６％）。作者就开罐式截囊技巧的改良及后囊膜破裂时人工晶体植入方式进行了探讨。指出术后散光控制和处理在视力恢复中的重要性。

AbstractThe series of 412 consecutive PC IOLimplantations comprised 337 eyes of senile cataract,16eves of membranous cataract,25 eves of traumaticcataract,13 eyes of congenital cataract,10 eyes ofcomplicated cataract and 11 eyes of aphakia,362 eyeswere postoperatively followed up from 4 weeks to1 1/2 years with the results that 251(69.3%)eyes ob-tained visual acuities of 0.8 or over,and 328(90.6%)eyes 0.5 or over,The authors discussed the technicalimprovement in antedor capsulotomy and theimplantation procedures in cases of posterior capsulerupture.The importanee of postoperative control andmanagement of astigmatism in the recovery of visualacuity was pointed out.
