Visual symptoms of sellar tumors:a report of 407cases

鞍区肿瘤的首发症状常为视野缺损和视力下降。我们总结了近１０年来我院４０７例鞍区肿瘤的眼部变化资料及各类肿瘤的眼部变化特点，强调了鞍区肿瘤在眼科误诊的情况，分析了误诊原因及解决方法。对凡有视野和视力障碍者，需除外眼部疾病，详查视野，常规行蝶鞍Ｘ线平片，必要时行ＣＴ检查，及时转神经外科进一步诊治。

AbstractThe common primary symptoms of sellar tumorsare visual impalnnent and field defects associated withthe anatomic relationship between the sella turcica andthe visual route,and the patients often consult the ocu-hst first,The authors reviewed 407 cases of sellar tu-mors at their hospital during the recent 10 years andanalyzed the characteristics of these patients to presentthe general clinical patterns and main points fordiagnosis of this disease.
