浅议多元文化下当代大学生价值观的引导

Guiding College Students’ Outlook on Values under Multi-cultures

分析了在中国传统文化、市场经济以及外来西方文化等多元文化影响下,当代大学生在价值取向上所表现出来的社会本位与个人本位兼顾、理想主义与现实主义并存、人伦关系与功利、效率关系同俱,以及观念意识与行为不相一致的诸多特征和矛盾状态,从而揭示了高校思想政治工作在引导大学生构建科学的价值观所面临的任务和需要把握的若干问题。

Under the coexistence of the traditional Chinese culture, the market economy and the Western cultural concepts, the features of college students’ outlook on values can be best summed up by a series of binary oppositions: society-dominance versus individual-dominance, idealism versus realism, ethical relation versus utilitarian and efficiency relation, and the contradiction of conceptual ideas and personal behaviors. In this case, political and moral work plays a very important role in guiding the students to form a correct and scientific outlook on values. Besides, this paper points out the problems therein and their solutions.
