角膜检查镜在眼显微手术中的应用

Evaluation of application of transparent keratoscopein ocular micr0surgery.

报告透射式角膜检查镜在白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术中应用的临床效果。患者分为两组，一组卡用用膜检查镜，另一组用此镜，测两组手术前后的角膜曲率并对照观察。结果表明，使用该镜在显微镜下控制角膜曲率及进行连续缝线的调整，效果较好。该组术后角膜散光在２Ｄ以下者占６３％，３Ｄ以下者占９１％，无＞４Ｄ的散光。

AbstractThe clinical effects of application of a transparentkeratoscope in cataract extraction and intraocular lensimplantation were reported. The patients were dividedinto 2 groups:1 group withOut and the other groupwith the application of a transparent keratoscope tocontroI the corneal curvature by regulating thestrength of the continuous suture during the micro-surgery. The pre-operative and the post-operativecorneal curvatures of patients in both groups weremeasured and the results were compared. The com-parison shows that the clinical effect in regard to thecorneal curvature is better in the group with the appli-cation of a transparent keratoscope. In this group,63%of the post-operative corneal astigmatism is lessthan 2D, 91%less than 3D and none more than 4D.
