摘要
应用国产QZS-2型自动视野计全阈值程序对正常者59人(111只眼)进行中心30°视野和周边30°~60°视野视网膜光敏感度测量。被检者年龄15.0~68.0岁,平均38.4岁。结果表明:正常人双眼黄斑光敏感度、中心30°视野平均光敏感度和周边30°~60°视野平均光敏感度的差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。男、女性中心视野和周边视野平均光敏感度差异也无显著性(P>0.05)。平均光敏感度随年龄和视野偏心度增加呈直线下降,年龄每增加10岁,中心视野平均光敏感度下降0.60dB,周边视野下降0.70dB;偏心度每增加10°,光敏感度以2.60dB的趋势直线下降,正常人的短期波动为1.39±0.566B。
AbstractThe full threshold program of QZS-2 automatedperimetry made in Chinawas used to measure the reti-nal light sensitivity of the central 30°and peripheral30°~60°visual fields of 111 eyes of 59 normal per-sons。Their ages ranged from 15~68 years and the av-erage age was 38. 4 years, From the corresponding re-spective comparisons of the results, it is shown thatthe mean light sensitivity of the macular,central 30°and peripheral 30°~60°visual fields between the leftand right eyes has no statistical significant differences(P>0.05),and there are also no statistical significantdifferences (P>0. 05)in the mean light sensitivity ofthe central and peripheral fields between the male andfemale subjects.The mean light sensitivity declineslinearly with the increase of age and eccentricity.Themean light sensitivity of the central and peripheral vli-sual fields decreases 0.6 dB and 0.76B, respectively,with each one decade increase of age。 The mean lightsensitivity also decreases by2.6dB per 10°eccentrici-ty.Themean short-term fluctuation in the normalsubjects is 1.39±0. 56 dB.
