摘要
报道６例眼球内铁质异物存留，但无铁锈症表现的继发性青光眼，并且对以上病例的临床特点及引起继发性青光眼的可能机理进行了分析及讨论，我们建议采用“亚临床型铁锈症继发性青光眼”一词来命名这种易误诊的特殊类型青光眼。
Abstract In this stody,we reported 6 cases of retained iron-containing intraocular foreign body with no signs ofsiderosis but nianifestations of secondary open angleglaucoma. The clinical characteristics and the possiblemechanism of this form of glaucoma were described. Itis proposed to name this special and easily neglectedglaucoma“subclinical siderosis secondary glaucoma”.
