Evaluation on adjuvants for vaccines at abroad

摘要 各种疫苗在疫病的防治中起着非常重要的作用,佐剂包括铝胶、矿物油、灭活细菌和化学合成物质等,其研究已逐渐成为国际生物制品行业的热点。本文综述了国外人医和兽医中一些著名的佐剂及其安全性、毒理试验和作用机理,同时对我国兽用疫苗佐剂的发展前景作了展望。 Vaccines play an important role in the prevention of infectious diseases. The studies of adjuvants have become a hot topic in international industry of bioproducts. Scientists had experimented with diverse compounds such as alum, mineral oil, killed mycobacteria, and synthetic compounds to improve the immunogenicity of vaccines. In this review, many famous adjuvants were evaluated including their extensive safety, toxicity testing, and mechanism of adjuvant. The advance of adjuvants at abroad will provide a reference for our veterinary vaccine.
