摘要
介绍可控螺纹联接技术的机理,对扭矩法和扭矩/转角法2种拧紧工艺进行了分析与比较。指出:影响螺纹联接装配的实质———螺栓的轴向预紧力,以及在2种控制方式下,轴向力分布和散差之间的不同。文章还结合生产实践,论证扭矩/转角法拧紧工艺在发动机关键螺栓联接中的应用价值。
The mechanism of controllable thread connection is presented and the two tightening processes: torque method and torque/rotation method are analyzed and compared, pointing out the essential of thread connection assembly--axial pre-tightening force of the bolt as well as difference in distribution and disperse of the axial force between the two control methods. The application value of torque/rotation method in connection of key engine bolts is demonstrated by combining production practice.
