摘要
综述了小分子半抗原酶免疫分析法研究进展,着重介绍了开放式夹心免疫分析法的原理、应用前景及其生物学意义。
With the development of immunology and molecular biology, enzyme immunoassay has been widely used in quantification of various antigens for its advantages overweigh those of conventional methods with analytical instruments for over 20 years. The advance in hapten' s enzyme immunoassay was summarized, which focused on the principle, prospect and biological meaning of open sandwich immunoassay.
