摘要
用ＡＴＢＦＵＮＧＵＳ试剂盒测定了７２株酵母菌对６种抗真菌药的敏感性，全部菌株对两性霉素Ｂ敏感，但有１４株分别对咪康唑或５—氟胞嘧啶耐药。酵母菌对咪唑类药有交叉耐药。多数热带念珠菌有耐药性，临床上应予重视。
TB FUNGUS was used to detect the susceptibility of 72 yeasts to 6 antimycotics. All strains were sensitive to Amphotericine B. Fourteen strains were resistant to Miconazole or 5-Fluorocytosine. The cross -resistance occurred in lminazoles. Most strains of the Candida tropicalis were resistant to antimvcotics,and is a fact to be paid more attention to in clinical practice.
