丙酮酸氧化酶比色法测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶

报告一种在酶标仪上测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶的丙酮酸氧化酶偶联比色法。本法具有操作简便快速，所用试剂和血清样品微量，特别适于成批样品测定等优点。在显色反应中采用对溴苯酚·４一ＡＡ·ＰＯＤ显色体系，明显地提高了测定的灵敏度和试剂的稳定性，该法与紫外酶偶联连续监测法相关良好，ｒ＝０．９９５。精密度，批内重复性ＣＶ％＜６．１４，批间重复性ＣＶ％＜５．１。线性测定范围０～２５０Ｕ／Ｌ。
