解脲支原体药物敏感谱分析

Antibiotic scnsitivity spectrum of ureaplasma urealyticum

对作用于微生物ＤＮＡ的２２种药物，进行了解脲支原体敏感谱测定。结果表明：解脲支原体标准株对交沙霉素、白霉素。强力霉素等１１种药物敏感。通过对从临床标本中分离培养出的５０株解脲支原体抑菌效果观察，证明除利福定外其余１０种药物的敏感率均在５０％以上。其中交沙霉素、白霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素、氯霉素敏感率达１００％。

2 antibiotics that act on microbe DNA were measured for sensitivity spectrum of Ureaplasma urealyticum,The results showed that the standard strains were sensitive to 11 antibiotics,jozamycin,leucomycin and doxycycline et al. The inhibitory results that were observed in 50 strains of clinical isolates of Ureaplasma urealyticum confirmed that the rates of suseeptibility of 10 antibiotics were more than 50% except rifandin, and the rates of susceptibility of jozamycin,leucomycin,spiramycin and chloromycetin reached to 100%.
