中国信托业定位及发展问题探析

On the Positioning and Development of Trust in China

通过对国际发达国家信托业发展研究,得出信托业发展一般具有两重性:一方面,作为经济发展的一个组成部分,信托业由低级走向高级、信托产品由单一走向丰富与一国经济的不断发展是相一致的;另一方面,作为特定社会的一个组成部分,信托业的发展又受到一国具体政治、文化、历史等因素的影响。再结合我国信托业现阶段发展的总体环境基础,提出我国信托业应有的定位。同时,在分析制约我国信托业发展的因素后,进而提出我国信托业的发展思路。

Through the trust development study of international developed countries, we conclude that the trust industry has two characteristics. one side,as one of the components of economy,trust follows the track of the primary to the sophisticated,just as the steps domestic economy. At the other side, as one of the components of society, trust is affected by politics, culture and history of that country. After integrating the environmental fundamentals of trust development in China, we try to position Chinese trust in this article, and then put forward future development direction suggestions.
