Theoretical Exploration of Cultural Misreading

文化误读,从文化交流伊始,便无可规避地存在其历史进程中。由于它在某种程度上阻碍了对他者文化真实而全面的认识,长期被传统观念斥责为错误的、负面的。文章试从文化相对主义,解构主义,哲学阐释学这三种不同理论纬度重新认识文化误读,并借此希望探索一条研究文化误读现象的有效途径。

Cultural misreading, since the beginning of the cultural communication, has inevitably been existent in its history. However, because of its seeming impediment to a true and thorough understanding toward the other in communication, this typical phenomenon has been taken as negative or derogatory by traditional and dominant view. This thesis is trying to redefine the conception of cultural misreading with a theoretical exploration from different perspectives such as cultural relativism, deconstructionism and philosophical hermeneutics in order to find a scientific and rational way toward the research of cultural misreading.
