摘要
应用单克隆抗体酶联免疫吸附抑制试验,对我国3个民族8个群体2104份血样进行了免疫球蛋白同种异型G3m(16)因子检测。将所获数据及其他学者报道的数据一同进行了多元相关和多元回归分析。结果显示中国人G3m(16)基因频率呈沿海拔和纬度变化的浙变群,每一地理人群的G3m(16)基因频率受到海拔高度和纬度的综合影响,建立了可预测中国人群G3m(16)基因频率的多元回归方程。
Two thousand a hundred and human serum samples collected from 8 Chinese populations belonging to 3 different nationalities were detected for G3m(16 ) factor by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay inhibition test.Based upon the results and data reported by others,multiple linear regression and correlation were performed on computer.All of these revealed that there might be a cline of G3m(16) gene frequencies among Chinese populations along with the variation of height and latitude.The G3m(16) gene frequency in each geographic population was influenced by both height and latitude.Moreover,an equation which can be used to calculate the G3m (16) gene frequencies in Chinese populations was established.
