摘要
应用245OMHz微波照射BALB/c小鼠睾丸,于照射后二个月与健康雌鼠交配,然后取受精卵胚,观察4~8细胞期胚胎的SCE率。结果显示,各照射组和对照组间无显著性差异(P>0.05).说明一定剂量的微波照射对子代的遗传物质无显著影响。
It is known that microwave radiation can induce morphological and hereditary material damages of germ cells,but whether the next generation will inherit the damages is yet not clear.In this study,BALB/c male mice testes of experimental groups were radiated by 2450 MHz microwave.Then the irradiated male mice were caged together with health females two months later. The frequency of SCEs of 4~8 cell embryos were analysed, But there is no significant difference between the experimental groups and the control group(P>0.05). This result shows that the hereditary material of preimplant embryos has no significant changes after the exposure of testes to certain dose of microwave radiation.
