摘要 模具设计是汽车开发过程中的重要环节之一,设计质量和设计效率能反映出一个企业的竞争能力。为适应汽车模具工业技术水平的不断提高,我们开发研究了适合国内特定企业的汽车覆盖件模具设计标准系统。该系统是以功能强大的Pro/E为平台,使用VC++位编辑器,Access进行资源存储,Pro/E的二次开发包Pro/Toolkit来完成系统的整个开发过程。系统由模具设计制造标准、冲压工艺过程DL图、铸造结构设计、拉深模设计、修冲模设计、成形模设计、专家设计校正等几个模块组成,为设计者提供设计理论和知识的支持,并且方便的处理设计过程中遇到的公式计算。应用开发的汽车覆盖件模具设计标准系统,可以规范模具设计标准,缩短模具设计周期,提高模具设计质量。本文以不同的建立技术顺序详细叙述了汽车覆盖件模具设计标准系统的框架设计和建立技术。 Mould design is an important part of automotive development and its quality and efficiency reflect the competitiveness of a company. In order to improve automotive mould design technology, an automotive covering mould design standard system which suits for the needs of Chinese company is developed. The system uses Pro/E as its CAD platform, VC as its compiler, Access as its data management platform and Pro/TOOLKIT as its application development interface. It consist of the following parts: Mould design manufacturing standard、stamping process DL、foundry structure design、extruded mould design、modified mould design、forming mould design and expert design emendation, which provides both design theory and knowledge support for the designer. It can also conveniently handle formula calculation in design process. Utilizing automotive covering mould design standard system, we can standardize mould design, shorten mould design cycle and improve design quality. This paper thoroughly illustrates the overall structure and development technology of automotive mould design standard system。
