摘要
送料机构是缝纫机四大机构中最复杂、最重要的机构。送料机构设计的好坏直接影响到整机的缝纫性能。采用遗传算法(GA)对送料机构进行参数优化设计,从而得到比较理想的送料机构运动尺寸,大大改善缝纫机的送料性能。
The Feeding mechanism is the most complicated and important among the four main mechanism of sewing machine. The function of a sewing machine will be directly affected by the advantages or disadvantages of its design. This paper discussed how to optimize the feeding mechanism with optimize design methods of Genetic Algorithm.Sequentially,a more ideal program will be obtained.
