在分析飞机装配结构特点的基础上,提出面向飞机装配特点的层级网络模型,介绍了层级网络模型的建立方法。以产品总体结构网和装配单元结构网的复合概念构造飞机装配的分级结构,以拓展的LADGA表达方式反映飞机结构装配中钣金件在装配方向上堆叠成层的特性,能够有效表达飞机装配特性,支持飞机装配工艺规划及可装配性评价等下游环节的处理。

Based on analysis of aircraft assembly structure characteristics, aircraft assembly characteristics oriented layered hierarchy network model is presented. The modeling method for layered hierarchy network model is introduced. Extended LADGA is used to express the feature of stacking into layers of sheet metal parts in the assembly direction of aircraft structure assembly and the aircraft assembly features can be effectly expressed and the process of down stream link, such as aircraft assembly technologic planning and assemblability assessment, is dealed with.
