提出了标准化的计算机辅助离散公差优化设计模型,以产品成本最低和装配成功率为目标函数,对产品公差进行离散优化设计,并用设计实例证明其方法的可行性。

The standardized computer aided discrete tolerance optimization design model is presented. Taking the product cost being the lowest and the success probability of assembly as the object functions, the discrete tolerance optimization design is carried out for the product tolerance, and its feasibility is varified by means of the practical design example.
