c-erbB-2基因在宫颈癌中扩增和重排的研究

AMPLIFICATION AND REARRANGEMENT OF c-erbB-2 GENE IN HUMAN CERVICAL CARCINOMA

应用斑点杂交及DNA印迹杂交,对c-erbB-2基因在宫颈癌中扩增和重排进行了研究。结果表明,在15例宫颈癌中有11例具有基因扩增,占73%,扩增倍数为3～16倍,DNA杂交发现6例宫颈癌中有5例具有基因重排伴扩增,而相应癌旁组织则无扩增或重排。首次发现了c-erbB-2基因在宫颈癌中有扩增和重排。

Amplification and rearrangement of c-erbB-2 gene were studied by dot and Southern hybridization in cervical carcinoma. The results revealed that 11 cases showed 3—16 fold amplification of c-erbB-2 gene in a total of 15 cases of cervical carcinomas. 5 of 6 cases showed gene rearrangement, while the paracancer tissues of the same patient showed neither amplification nor rearrangement of the c-erbB-2 gene by Southern hybridization. The amplification and rearrangement of c-erbB-2 gene in cervical carcinoma were herein first published.
