摘要
在7055铝合金液相线625℃以上,对7055铝合金熔体进行超声波预处理后模铸,研究超声熔体预处理对7055铝合金凝固组织和力学性能的影响。基于超声波对熔体产生的空化效应,讨论了熔体中微粒超声活化成为结晶核心,促进形核和细化晶粒的作用机制。显微组织观察和力学性能测试结果表明经过超声波预处理后,7055铝合金晶粒明显细化,退火态延伸率和抗拉强度均大幅度提高。
The effect of ultrasonic melt pretreatment on the solidification structure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy was investigated. Based on the cavitation in the melt generated by ultrasound, the mechanism by which the tiny insoluble particles were activated and became active solidification nuclei was discussed, and fine grains were obtained. The results show that grain size becomes smaller, and elongation and tensile strength of 7055 alloy are increased greatly.
