摘要
采用自行研制的高温电阻测试仪,分别测定电极石墨和不同TA含量形稳粒子增强剂的TiB2复合涂层的电阻率。研究结果表明在960℃时,不添加TA的TiB2复合涂层的电阻率为30.3μΩ·m,比国家标准对铝电解用半石墨阴极碳块的电阻率的要求值低,可以用于实际生产;添加TA会使TiB2复合阴极涂层的高温电阻率增大,TA最大添加量不能超过6%。
The electrical resistivity of the graphite and TiB2 cathode coating with different TA (a metaloxide) content was measured with the self-made apparatus for electrical resistivity test at high temperature. The results show that the electrical resistivity of TiB2 cathode coating without TA containing is 30.3 μΩ·m, which is lower than that required by the national standard for the semi-graphitic cathodic carbon block. The high temperature electrical resistivity of the TiB2 cathode coating increases with TA content increasing, and the maximum of TA content cannot exceed 6%.
