摘要
教师教学水平的高低,直接影响着新世纪学生素质的培养,必须多途径、多方式地采取具体手段对教师教学水平来加以评价,便于教学管理部门掌握.本文试从教师教学评价进展,结合现代教学评价的理念,努力揭示当前教学评价存在的问题,并展望教学评价的发展趋势.
Teaching should be evaluated by multiple methods for the administrative departments' information because it directly affects the cultivation of students' quality. In this article the problems in teaching evaluation are explored and trend of teaching evaluation is predicted based on the development and modern conception of teaching evaluation.
