重症监护室(ICU)的临床实习教学是一项新的教学挑战.结合实际情况从加强师资队伍建设,注重学生工作理念和能力培养,采取人性化管理方式,应用多媒体教学方式,促进多层面交流、教学相长等方面予以完善、加强.
The clinical internship teaching in intensive care unit is a new challenge. The authors suggest strengthening the construction of teaching contingent, focusing on cultivating students' ideology and ability in their work, adopting humanistic mode of management, using multimedia-aided means of teaching, promoting communication at multiple layers and making teaching benefit both teachers and students.
