铜绿假单胞菌感染及抗生素耐药分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析我院的铜绿假单胞菌感染的临床分布及耐药性变迁.方法对2001~2003年间所分离355株铜绿假单胞菌用Walkaway40型全自动细菌分析系统进行鉴定及药敏,测其对12种抗生素的最小抑菌浓度.判度结果依据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)制定的标准进行.结果铜绿假单胞菌对丁胺卡那、妥布霉素、亚胺培南耐药率最低;对环丙沙星、头胞吡肟、头孢他啶、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、庆大霉素耐药率也较低,铜绿假单胞菌对其他抗生素的耐药率则超过40%.结论铜绿假单胞菌的耐药问题日趋严重,加强对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药监测已刻不容缓. Objective This study was aimed at analyzing the clinical distribution and the trend of bacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in our hospital. Methods we analyzed 355 strains Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from 2001 to 2003. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 12 antimicrobial agents against Pseudomonas aeruginosa was examined by Walkaway40. Results was assessed according to NCCLS 2002. Results The resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to amikacin, tobromycin, imipenem were fairly low. The resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to ciprofloxacin, cefepime, ceftazidim, piperacillin/tazobactam, gentamicin were also low. But the resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to other antimicrobial agents were higher than 40%. Conclusion The bacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is still or even a more serious clinical problem than before. It is important and urgent to monitor the bacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
