The Effect of Sports on Calcaneus's Density

摘要 目的为了预防骨质疏松,探讨运动对跟骨骨密度的影响。方法采用日本制CM-100型超声波跟骨骨密度测定装置,对跟骨的超声波传导速度(SOS)进行测定。同时,采用日本制TBF-300体内脂肪测定仪进行了体脂肪率和身高、体重的测定。结果运动组的跟骨骨密度明显高于非运动组(P<0·001);骨密度还与体脂肪率呈明显的负相关关系(P<0·05)。结论运动可使跟骨骨密度明显提高,促进峰值骨量增加,对预防骨质疏松具有重要意义。 Objective Discussing the effect of sports on Calcaneus's Density so that can prevent bone loosen. Methods Determining the calcaneus's ultrasonic conduction velocity by the CM-100 Mensuration Apparatus(made in Japan), and determining the rate of body fat, height of persons, body weight by the TBF-300 determine-instrument(made in Japan). Results The bone density of Sports Group much higher than Non-sports Group(P<0.01); the relation between the Calcaneus's Density and body-fat's rate is minus(P<0.05). Conclusion Sports have distinct effects on Calcaneus's Density, and can advance bone-density's increase, having important significance of preventing bone loosen.
