An Introduction of Teachers' Cooperation in Foreign Countries

教师发展是当今世界教育改革的中心议题,以教师合作的方式提高教师素质已成为促进教师发展的重要途径。教师合作是一种以教师之间在实际工作内容或工作情境中的沟通互动为基础,以提高教师素质为目的的教师发展手段,在文献回顾的基础上,对目前国外教师合作中的合作性教学、合作性大学及合作学习的实践情况做了介绍。

Teachers' development is one of the key issues in today' s education reform all over the world. Teachers' cooperation, based on teachers' interaction in actual work and aiming to improve teachers' quality, is a means for teachers' development. Based on literatures review, this paper introduced the practice of teachers ' cooperation in foreign countries, such as cooperative teaching, cooperative university and cooperative learning.
