我国高等师范教育的危机略论

On the Crisis of China's Higher Teachers Education

随着社会的转型与时代的发展,教育领域也随之发生了深刻的变化,作为培养教育人才的“工作母机”——我国高等师范教育也愈发显示出其弊端,出现了一系列危机:现有师范教育氛围中,学生素质与教育需求的不适应所形成的人才培养质量危机;课程的学术性与师范性欠缺所形成的教学危机;师范性教育职能扩大化所带来的人才培养竞争危机。

With the transition of the society and the development of the time, education has undergone some deep changes. As a workshop to train teaching talents, China' s higher teachers education has shown more drawbacks , which has led to a series of crises, including quality crisis of talents training due to the disagreement between students quality and education requirements, teaching crisis due to the deficiency in the academic and teaching quality of programs and competition crisis of talents training due to the broadening of teachers education function.
