试论当前我国贫富差距的状况与调控对策

Discussion on the Present Situation and the Regulation Countermeasures of the Wealth-Gap in Our Country

改革开放以来表现在城乡之间、行业之间、地区之间的贫富差距问题已经很大程度影响到社会主义和谐社会的构建。收入差距出现明显扩大趋势的原因,既有社会主义市场经济发展的必然因素,也有现行分配体制不完善和管理上的漏洞以及政策等方面的原因。差距过大势必影响社会的和谐与稳定,因此应该采取必要的对策进行调节,尽可能达到公平正义、机会均等与普遍分享改革开放的成果,促进社会和谐共同发展。

Since the reform and opening-up, the problem of wealth-gap that shows between the urban and rural residents, among different branches of trade and different regions has affected the construction of the harmonious socialist society to some extent. The reasons that the wealth-gap being widen apparently includes the inevitable factors during the development of the socialist market economy, and imperfect allocation structure , weak management and certain imperfect policies. Too large income gap is bound to influence social stability and harmony. Hence we should adopt necessary countermeasures to modulate the wealth gap so that the people can achieve fairness, justice and equal opportunities and share in the outcome of the reform and opening-up as much .as possible, so as to promote the society to develop harmoniously.
