辽宁中部城市群生态环境问题与可持续发展

Eco-environment of central Liaoning urban clusters and their sustainable development

分析了辽宁中部城市群的发展及生态环境现状,指出了主要的生态环境问题是环境污染,尤其是城市河段水质污染最为严重,其次是水资源缺乏,再次是环境地质灾害表现突出。提出应加大环境综合治理力度、强化生态环境管理,以改善河流水质和城市空气污染,提高固体废物的综合利用率和垃圾无害化处理率,构建生态城市,实现城市群地区的可持续发展。

Urban ecosystem is characterized by its composite natural, economic and ecological indicators. A benign urban eco-environment is just one of the indicators for the economic development and social civilization. It has, therefore, become a primary task for the contemporary society to enhance the construction of the urban eco-environment and attach great importance to their sustainable development. Based on the analysis of such an eco-environment system in the central Liaoning urban clusters, the authors of this paper bring about a set of corresponding strategies and countermeasures. Our research has found sufficient indicators to prove that environment pollution has become the most urgent problem for the sustainable development of such urban areas. Otherwise, there would be the exhaustion and depletion of natural resources and in turn environmental geological disasters. To solve the above problems, it is of our primary concern to take corresponding strategies and countermeasures proposed in the paper and explore the likely measures to be taken to protect urban sustainable development in the area.
