鸢尾根茎超临界CO_2萃取产物的成分研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用超临界流体萃取技术从鸢尾中萃取鸢尾油,再利用GC MS对鸢尾超临界CO2萃取产物的化学成分进行成分分析,鉴定了鸢尾超临界CO2萃取产物中的18种成分占总出峰面积的98%以上,鸢尾超临界CO2萃取产物的主要成分是十四酸、十六酸和9十八烯酸. Supercritical fluid extraction technique was used to extract orris oil from the orris and,then,the chemical composition of the product extracted from the orris by means of GC-MC was analyzed.18 constituents were identified in the supercritical CO_2 extraction product,sharing above 98% of overall relative content of extracted substance.Main constituents of this extraction product were tetradecanoic acid,hexadecanoic acid,and 9-octadecanoic acid.
