摘要
研究了元件在运行一定时间t0受非齐次泊松冲击下的寿命分布类,就3种模型给出了元件在运行t0时刻后的剩余寿命是IFRA的.该结论推广了泊松冲击模型的相应结果.
The distribution class of service life of a component under the action of nonhomogeneous Poisson shock at the moment t_0 after its operation was investigated.The residual service life of the component after its operation for a period of t_0 was given as to be of IFRA by means of three modelling.This conclusion generalized corresponding result from Poisson shock model.
