云南与东南亚地区山水相连,历史上,在其他地区的中国人从海路进入东南亚的同时,一些居住在云南的操汉语云南方言的汉族和回族的居民也沿着陆路进入东南亚,并定居在那里。这些云南人是什么时候和因什么原因迁到东南亚去的?他们在东南亚的发展情况又如何?本文对这个颇具特色的群体的历史和现状作一个概述。

Yunnan is closely connected with Southeast Asia. In the past, when some Chinese in other parts of China entered Southeast Asia by sea, some Chinese-speaking Hans and Huis in Yunnan entered Southeast Asia by land and then settled down permanently there. This paper discusses and expounds their history and causes of emigration as well as their past and present situations.
