摘要
本文探讨了市场取向的改革，尤其是现代企业制度的建立对公有制经济的深刻影响。公有制经济的外部社会地位、内在属性都发生了变化。现代企业制度的建立，将会以全新”的方式，对社会主义市场经济进行制度性约束，构筑我国社会主义经济的制度基础，从根本上改变我国国有制经济长期效益低下和缺乏内在活力的局面。
Abstract The paper discusses the profound influence of,especially that of the establishment of a modern corporate system, on the public owned economy. The external social.position and the internal nature of the public owned economy have changed. The set up of a modern corporate system will in a completely new way give institutional forces to the socialist market economy, build an institutional base for our socialist economy, and completely change the current situation of low efficiency and poor inner vitality in our state owned economy.
