摘要
针对宝钢冷轧厂1500冷轧机组支撑辊磨损问题,分析其产生原因,运用ADAMS对机构进行简化、建模、仿真,并分析各种因素对摩擦力的影响,结果显示,降低钢板运动速度,适当选择钢板张力,提高支撑辊安装精度可减小对支撑辊的磨损。
The problem of support roll caused by abrasion is discussed and analyzed in this paper. The whole mechanism is simplified , constructed and simulated. The impacts on friction are also analyzed. The results show that the abrasion of support roll can be reduced by decreasing the speed of steel sheet, choosing tension properly and improving the accuracy of erection of support roll.
