摘要
本文论述了压延机调距的自动化控制的改造设计。主要从自动测厚装置、自动分析控制系统、辊筒间距调节机构三个方面论述该自动调距方案。根据该方案设计的压延机在厂家的使用中表现优异,受到厂家好评。
The paper introduces the auto controlling of adjusting the gap between two rolls for calender. It expresses the scheme of auto control mailly from three aspects:the set of auto measuring,the system of auto controlling,and the organ of gap' s adjusting. The canlender designed by the scheme behaves well in its using at the factory, and gains the good praise of the factory.
