AbstractThe key to the development of Hubei Economy lies in its participation in the international economy, while a rapid expansion of overseas investments is a breach for the internationalization of Hubei inland economy. In the next century, Hubei should endeavor to become a linkage in the circulation of the international and inter-provincial economies. The strategic measures to this end are to set up Hubei international developmental bureau. establish an overseas investments fund, select a number of leading enterprises and assist them in the over.seas investments, adjust and improve the structures of enterprises.
