摘要
目的:将野外捕抓的按蚊移回实验室进行饲养繁殖。方法:在常规人工饲养方法的基础上,两种饲血方法进行比较。结果:在室温26±1℃.相对湿度80%的条件下,两种饲血方法均可在35cm×35cm×35cm笼内从人工交配繁殖逐步过渡到自然交配繁殖。结论:在相同实验条件下,饲以活鼠血及鸡素囊装以鲜抗凝兔血均可作为人工饲养繁殖按蚊的饲血方法,从人工交配过渡到自然交配建立按蚊实验品系。
Objective: To set up a superior laboratory strains of Anopheles sinensis by using two ways of blood feeding. Method:On the base of routine breeding approaches, two blood feeding methods were used. Result: The natural mating succeeded in 35cm×35cm×35cm gauzes cages in both of the above two blood feeding methods. Conclusion: At the same condition, both live mouse blood and anti-caky rabbit blood that cased into the theca of chicken could be used as blood meal of mosquitoes, and laboratory strains of Anopheles sinensis could be established gradually from artificial mating to natural mating.
