长沙医学院衡阳校区隐翅虫皮炎的流行病学调查

Epidemiological Study on paederus dermatitisin Hengyang Campus of Changsha Medical College

目的:探索隐翅虫皮炎的流行规律,为做好防治工作提供依据。方法:深入班级、教室、寝室、校园及校圆周边环境,了解隐翅虫的孳生、栖息和活动规律,观察隐翅虫皮炎的临床表现、病程变化及药物的治疗效果。结果:2004年3月-11月长沙医学院衡阳校区有113个学生遭隐翅虫侵袭,侵袭率高达14%。结论:隐翅虫皮炎不仅严重危害学生的身心健康,而且还影响学生的学习,各级领导应高度重视,及时做好防治工作。

Objective: To explore the epidemic regularity of the paederus dermatitis and to offer more accurate reasons for the prophylaxis task. Method: Penetrate into the classes, classroom, dormitory, campus and the surrounding. Acquaint with the paederus' breed, habitat and the regularity of activity. Observe the clinical manifestation of the paederus, the change in course of disease and curative effect of the medicine. Results: From March to November 2004, The paederus dermatitis had already attacked 113 students in Hengyang Campus of Changsha Medical College. The rate of the attack is up to 14%. Conclusion: Paederus dermatitis is not only harm to both physical and mental health of students , but also influence students' daily study. Leaders should have a high regard to the phenomenon and make effort on the prophylaxis task.
