毛用活性染料兰纳素蓝3B的生物脱色研究

摘要 从印染废水的活性污泥中分离纯化得到使毛用活性染料兰纳素蓝3B脱色的优势菌株W2。介绍了活性污泥驯化和菌株分离纯化的方法,研究了温度、pH、培养时间、染料浓度、接种量对兰纳素蓝3B染料的脱色情况的影响。从而得出菌株W2脱色培养3天,在pH为6,温度为33℃,接种量为1mL时脱色效果最佳的结论。 The superior strain W2, which can decolorize the reactive Lanasol 3B dye, can be obtained from the activated sludge in wastewater produced by printing and dyeing process through separation and purification. This paper introduces the methods of acclimation sludge and strain separation and purification, and studies the influence of temperature, pH value, cultivating time, dye's concentration and inoculation amount on the decolorization effect of Lanasol 3B dye. The obtained best condition is: pH value 6, temperature of 33 ℃ and inoculation amount of 1 mL.
