复方富硒魔芋精粉胶囊治疗高脂血症临床研究

Clinical study of Compound Rich Selenium Refined Konjai Meal Capsule on hyperlipemia

目的:研究复方富硒魔芋精粉胶囊治疗高脂血症的临床效果。方法:80例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组口服复方富硒魔芋精粉胶囊0.5g,每日2次,对照组40例口服烟酸肌醇酯0.2g,每日3次,疗程均4周。观察两组药物治疗高脂血症的临床疗效,降脂作用及该胶囊对血脂的影响。结果:在治疗高脂血症的临床疗效方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),在降脂疗效方面治疗治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗前后该胶囊对血脂水平的影响具有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:中药复方富硒魔芋精胶囊治疗高脂血症的疗效肯定,具有较好的开发前景。

AIM: To observe the clinical effect of Complound Rich Selenium Refined Konjal Meal Capsule on hyperlipemia. METHODS: The patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was given (0.5) g of Compound Rich Selenium Refined Konjai Meal Capsule, twice a day. The control group was given (0.2) g of hexanicotol, three times a day. The course lasted four weeks. The clinical therapy, the effect decreasing of blood lipid and influence on blood lipid of two groups were observed. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, the clinical effect of treatment group is better than the former,(P<(0.05)); the level of blood lipid of treatment group is decreased. CONCLUSION: Compound Rich Selenium Refined Konjai Meal Capsule can meet the demand in treatment of hyperlipemia
