摘要 目的探讨女性体内雄激素水平的影响因素。方法采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附技术(SandwichELISA),检测27名无内分泌疾病的女性月经周期第三天血清中睾酮(T)、抑制素(INHB)、卵泡抑素(FS)、激活素(ACTA)水平,并分析T与年龄、体重指数(BMI)、INHB、FS、ACTA、ACTA/FS及其他性激素:雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、泌乳素(PRL)的相关性。结果T随年龄增长而降低(r=0.577,P<0.05),与INHB正相关(r=0.663,P<0.05),与FS负相关(r=-0.572,P<0.05),与ACTA无相关性(r=0.293,P>0.05),但与ACTA/FS比值正相关(r=0.629,P<0.05)。T与BMI及其他性激素均无相关性。结论INH FS ACT系统影响女性睾酮的分泌。 Objective To explore the relationship between serum inhibin B,follistatin,activin A concentrations and testosterone in women. Methods Serum levels of testosterone (T),inhibin B,follistatin,activin A and other sex hormone:estradial (E_2),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),prolactin (PRL) on cycle day 3 were determined by a solid quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique (Sandwich ELISA) in 27 women without endocrine disease,and relationship between inhibin B,follistatin,activin A,body-mass-index (BMI),age and other sex hormone were analyzed. Results Nonparametric correlations analysis demonstrated that T serum levels were negatively correlated with age (r=0.577,P<0.05),and FS (r=0.572,P<0.05),were positively correlated with inhibin B (r=0.663,P<0.05),has no correlations with activin A (r=0.293,P>0.05),but were positively correlated with the ratio of activin A/follistatin (r=0.629,P<0.05).T serum levels has no significant associations with BMI and other sex hormone. Conclusion Inhibin-follistatin-activin system may be partly responsible for the secretion of T in women in a special way.
