脑出血术后并发低钠血症22例分析

Clinical Analysis of 22 Cases of Postoperative Hyponatremia in Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨脑出血手术后并发低钠血症及尿崩症的病因、发病机制、诊断、治疗经验。方法回顾性分析22例脑出血术后低钠血症及尿崩症患者的有关情况。结果4例死亡,其余18例患者恢复。结论脑出血术后并发低钠血症及尿崩症,均匀适度及时地补盐、补充血容量、抗利尿治疗效果满意。

Objective To explore the etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment experience of postoperative hyponatremia and diabetes insipidus in patient with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 22 patients with postoperative hyponatremia and diabetes insipidus after cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed. Results Except 4 patients died, the rest 18 patients all recoveried. Conclusion In most of patients with postoperation hyponatremia,satisfactory treatment effect could be gotten by proper complementation salt and blood volume and proper antidiuresis therapy.
